Green Community. As a partner with Energy Star, Home
Builders Association (KGBI) and The U.S. Green Building Council,
Reshetar is dedicated to building homes according to both the
individual’s preference as well as environmentally friendly
living standards.

winds

- Icyonene spray foam/air-tight home sealant, caulks &
foams
- Fly Ash poured concrete walls, walkway and entry slab
- Insulated basement walls
- Insulated wet-spray cellulose in attic roof
- Pella Pro-line Low E w/ argon gas windows (doubled paned and
insulated)

- Hi- efficiency heating & air conditioning units
- Humidification system
- HVAC ductwork is sealed, insulated, and never installed on
an outside wall
- Fresh/clean air controlled precisely by a heat recovery ventilator
system (HRV)
- Programmable thermostats

- Hot water heating - instantaneous tank less heater
- PEX tubing to help maintain water flow resistance and future
corrosion

Every Reshetar Green Home will have 80% or more of its construction
waste recycled. That includes:
- Concrete
- Clean Dimensional Lumber and Clean Wood Scrap
- Scrap Metal
- Cardboard
- Drywall
- Plastics- HDPE spools, HDPE buckets, plastic wrap, piping,
vinyl siding
