Reshetar Custom Homes is proud

located in the village of Springtown. As an active partner with
Energy Star (the voluntary partnership between
the United States Environmental Protection Agency and various
organizations dedicated to protecting the environment through
energy efficient practices), Reshetar Custom Homes will also be
the first builder to implicate The Keystone Green Building
Initiative (KGBI) into Bucks County home construction.
According to the KGBI, each home must meet specific
requirements, certifying that they were built using energy efficient
techniques and utilities; thus, every home in Springtown Knoll
will be dually certified by both Energy Star and the KGBI.
At Reshetar Custom Homes, our mission is to offer home buyers

left on to Rt. 412. Keep heading straight for about 7 mi. At Stop
sign make a left on Rt. 212. 2nd street on right is Drifting Dr.

From NJ: 78 W into PA, take to exit 67- Rte. 412; make a left
on PA 412 S for 8 miles and turn left on Drifting Dr. Springtown
Knoll is on the right.
